U.S. District Court Judge: Guantanamo Tribunals Unconstitutional

U.S. District Court Judge Joyce Hens Green has ruled this morning that the military tribunals used to against most of the Gitmo Bay prisoners are illegal, and the prisoners are entitled to constitutional protections.
