The complete text of the letter dated July 9, 2005, from Al Qaeda's #2, Ayman al-Zawahiri, to Iraq Al Qaeda leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi is now posted on the website of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (John Negroponte's office).
