Police Raid in Solo, Indonesia

The police counter-terrorist unit, Special Detachment 88, staged a raid against a suspected terrorist safehouse in Solo, Central Java, on the evening of 16 September. The house was reportedly rented five months ago by Adib Susilo and his pregnant wife, Putri Munawaroh. Four persons were allegedly killed during the raid, including Urwah (alias Budi Pranoto), who is suspected of involvement in the 17 July hotel bombings in Jakarta. As of the morning of 17 September, the police had yet to release details on the three other casualties.
